DENVER PHOTOGRAPHY CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
It's never too late! Start your photography lessons today...
Not quite sure what you should be learning first? Maybe you have a very specific issue you want to tackle? Feel free to pick up the phone and let's talk about which of my many private photography classes are right for you. Or maybe a group workshop is sound more fun? If needed, we can create a custom curriculum that addresses your particular needs. I understand it's important to make the right choices so let's figure it out before you commit [970-306-7721].
CALL WITH QUESTIONS & BOOK A DATE
Step one is simple enough. Pick up the phone and give me a call. We can discuss what skills you need to work on and which photography class or workshop will best suite your needs.
WHERE ARE CLASSES?
Photography classes are held in a variety of locations dependent on the topic of our photo training class. With that said, most all classes (excepting some full day workshops) are held in Golden, Colorado (only 15 minutes from downtown Denver, 25 minutes from Boulder). Some example locations I often use are: downtown Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater, Colorado Train Museum, Table Top Mountain and my home studio/surrounding walking trails.
THE PHOTO CLASS
My photography instruction is unique compared to most classes and workshops in that I try and get the student out into "the field" as much as we can. Yes, some things need to be taught at the desk, but then we still want to take those lessons out where you can use them. Nothing solidifies the learning process like "real world" practice with an instructor available to help you right then and there.
NOTES & SAMPLES
Are you the type of person who needs to have notes of everything in order to remember it when you get home? No worries. I will provide you with PDF files after your class that cover the material we discussed during the class. That way you can commit your full attention during class.
SHOW OFF YOUR PHOTOS
If desired we can include an image review of the photos we took during the lesson. This gives us an opportunity to look at the photos you have just taken (or photos from your past) with a critical eye and see what could have been improved. I will usually do some post processing on your favorite images making them look their very best so you have something to show off.
